CHONG CHOM, SURIN, THAILAND: Washing my hair today in the beauty salon is Cuntia, a 22 years old Cambodian. She been working here for 2 years, and likes Thai hip hop music a lot.
My basic hotel here didn't give me any shampoo, and so I decided to try out a hair wash at the local beauty salon in the Cambodian market.
This is a basic beauty salon hair wash, with head massage, conditioner, and a blow dry in Chong Chom Market on the Thai side of the border with Thailand and Cambodia.
Her hair wash was simple but good. The cold hair wash felt great on this hot and sunny day. This was a great way to spend 20 minutes, and I wouldn't hesitate to do it all again.
