JOMTIEN BEACH, PATTAYA, Thailand:
I was walking down the street when I ran into a sight to behold -- a man with a full wood-fire oven on a motorcycle sidecar selling pizza.
This is Thai street food at its best. He designed his pizzeria on wheels by himself -- and built it.
I immediately stopped to look at his menu. Any pizza is 200 Thai Baht, or the plain for 180 Thai Baht.
I asked him which pizza he recommends. He recommends his meat lovers pizza, so I quickly agreed.
Cost: 200 Thai Baht ($6 USD)
Do you want to find this pizza? He sells at 11pm in Jomtien Soi 7, but sometimes drives by Soi Whitehouse or by Country Roads bar and Soi Made In Thailand. But -- he only sells 20 pizzas a night. If all are sold in Jomtien Soi 7, then that is it.
