Don't believe all the online hotel reviews.

I am putting this travel vlog video up, so you can see how it can be traveling. I was sick and exhausted from a chili challenge video. I needed sleep badly, and a place to recover for a few days.

I booked through Traveloka, but apparently the hotel got booked indirectly through Expedia.

This hotel had the highest reviews in the area, looked beautiful in the online pictures, but the room was a huge disappointment. I was shown two other rooms, and they were in worse condition. How can one trust the reviews online?

This video can explain what can happen when you book a hotel, show up, and it isn't up to the quality you saw online, such as with the pictures. In this case, there was a dangerous electric issue, with exposed broken cables, lamps totally not working, and only one single downright to light the whole room. Did I get a refund? Of course, after a long wait. Remember to be polite.
