"The Original" Choco Mouse & BALLS: Pasar Baru ๐ฒ๐จ Jakarta Indonesia
Mar 2, 2020
Jakarta Indonesia.
Pasae Baru.
Walking pasar baru, the oldest market in Jakarta, I saw this cart, with an 11 year old Indonesian girl making drinks.
She makes a chocolate drink called Choco Mouse. It made me think of the stark contrast to life in USA, and the harsh regulations there are for a child to work a simple lemonade stand. Here, no problem. This teaches her great business and people skills. I was proud of her, so I made this little video.
Pasar Baru has some really good street food, and this stall is worth a try.
Cost: 8,000 Indonesian Rupiah ($.56 USD)
I hope you enjoy the Indonesian cultural food experience at Pasar Baru in this video.
